The Chicks Are Still Small and Wonderful
We had bonding time with the chicks yesterday, DAY 11. Mark holds them while Mary snapped the photos. The pictures speak for themselves.
| LEMMON, it's hard not to grab him first, he is so yellow, soft and relatively calm |
| TROUBLE, started out all orange but now he has brown stripes and markings on his wings |
| NUGGET, chicks love to have you pet them on the breast, it calms them |
| BLACKIE has a sweet personality |
| She was DUBBLE but now she's ANGEL, beautiful wings and spirited personality |
| RAKEN is a favorite during bonding, he is very docile and seems to like it. |
| Check out RAKEN's feet, they are fluffy |
| RAKEN is the largest chick, still not very big lol |
| SKUNK does not smell, he has a broad brown stripe down his back |
| SKUNK is maybe the least happy about being handled |
| Formerly known as ODDBALL we now call him FRIZZEL due to his amazing frizz forming |
